The Daily Jot provides daily journaling prompts delivered via our website and optional email. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with varying levels of access to prompt archives and features.

4. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page — you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Gift subscriptions are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once redeemed. Unredeemed gifts may be refunded by contacting us.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
6. Intellectual Property
All journaling prompts, website content, and branding are the property of The Daily Jot. You may use the prompts for personal journaling but may not republish or redistribute them commercially without written permission.

Our shop page contains affiliate links to third-party retailers. We earn a small commission on purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or policies.
